According to the Stop Bundy Village's web site, a number of Westside homeowners' groups wrote letters last week to the city's Planning Department and City Councilman Bill Rosendahl, stating their opposition to the Bundy Village medical plaza, developer Stonebridge Holdings' proposed housing and medical plaza at Olympic Boulevard and Bundy Drive. Letters from Friends of Sunset Park, Pacific Palisades Residents Association, Westwood South of Santa Monica Homeowners Association, and the Brentwood Homeowners Association have been sent, and the main concern seems to be traffic. Additionally, the Westwood South of Santa Monica people are worried about the area's zone change from light industrial to commercial. Meanwhile, the developer, who has publicly stated that traffic mitigations will be put in place, also has a web site up and running (it's been up for a while), and a section where people can send letters of support for the project to City Councilman Rosendahl.
