The Los Angeles Times recently ran a story about the difficulty developers are having in selling those high-priced spec homes. While the piece focused on McMansions, this six-bedroom, nine-bath home on Oakmont Drive, which hit the market in October 2008 $21.5 million, could easily have been included. A little over a year later, the home has undergone its fifth pricechop as it awaits a buyer looking for a residence that's both an "unbelievable house for entertaining yet practical for everyday living."
