It's Back! Wired LivingHomes Back On the Market With Major Pricechop

New, 9 comments

When we last checked in on the Ray Kappe-designed pre-fab in Brentwood, known as the WIRED home for green developor LivingHomes, it had been taken off the market and one of the home's original investors had moved into the residence. Looks like he/she would now like to move out. Located in Crestwood Hills, the five-bedroom, four-and-a-half bath features a great room, living room, media room, and ocean and canyon views. The house also incorporates eco-conscious design, and features solar panels, radiant heating, and an "integrated Control 4 automation system." When it first went on the market two years ago, it was listed at $4.15 million. By June 2008 it was reduced to $3.75 million. After being de-listed in Sept 2008, it's now back on the market with a major price reduction. New asking price: $2.895 million.
