It'll just make you more jealous of your iPhones-carrying friends, but Caruso Affiliated has introduced a new app for its Americana at Brand and Grove shopping centers (it can also be used on Blackberries and computers). Racked LA has more on the technology, which also can be tailored towards anyone who lives in the rental/condo portion of the development. Speaking of, a representative for Americana at Brand informs us that the condo portion has surpassed the 50 percent sold mark.
