The listing for this one-bedroom in Angelino Heights claims it is a "1926 Spanish 'Puebla' style triplex", but we're not seeing much evidence of that in the pics. The listing also tells us the unit was "restored in 2008 under the guidance of a licensed architect." Ok, so it wasn't restored by a day laborer hanging out in front of Home Depot. Good to know. The unit also features "Custom shaker style cabinets," (clearly a nod to its "Puebla" architectural heritage), penny tile on the floor and backsplash in the bathroom, on covered parking space, a washer/dryer, hardwood floors and original doors, windows and molding. The unit requires a one year lease, and dogs are not welcome, but one cat is just fine. Monthly rent: $1,300.
