Greg Chasen, the architect/developer behind that new Echo Park project on Sunset Blvd, points us to the web site for Sunset Five at 1478-1480 W Sunset Blvd. As mentioned earlier in the week, units at the project are asking $495,000 to $649,000. The angles in the photos are a little funky, but have a look around. Meanwhile, you'll find a great Sunset Dive (Little Joy) across the street from Sunset Five. And Gold Room is down the street!
