Since downtown will one day see a Daniel Libeskind-designed tower rise (or at least that's the plan), let's examine the architect's latest prefab look. OK, it's only a visitor's center in Germany, but it's one of the first Libeskind prefabs to rise since Libeskind announced his Signature Series of homes, delivered-to-your-door residences priced from $2.8 million to $4.2 million.
