With the reported separation between Dodgers owners Frank and Jamie McCourt, the obvious question is: Who gets John Lautner-designed Segal home on Pacific Coast Highway, that insanely gorgeous home the couple purchased in 2007 for $27.25 million from Courtney Cox and David Arquette ? If indeed the couple divorces, well, we all know divorce can cough up some coveted real estate. Our gut says this one will eventually hit the market. Probably not right away, but eventually.
