It was back in August that this Wallace Neff-designed home hit the market for $12.9 million. The Beverly Hills estate was designed for Groucho Marx, and here's what the good people at Marx Brothers.com say about the home*: "In 1957 Groucho and Eden [Hartford] moved here. When they divorced in 1970, he kept the house and continued living here until his death. He died here in 1977." One big recession later, the home is not selling and the price has dropped to $11.5 million.
