Only a week and a half until Million Dollar Listing premieres. Agent Chad Rogers posted a few teasers on his blog yesterday, including a tense (not really) run-in with nemesis (possibly just a made for TV nemesis) Josh Flagg at a gas station. In this clip, he tries to work the down market and make his way into a new neighborhood by teaming up with another agent on a house in Marina Del Rey. Asking price for the house was $1.739 million, but the tag team approach doesn't seem to have worked. It was delisted just a couple weeks ago.
