And then there was this remark: "Overpriced. Will sell for $1.3 million." Well, to the gray boxer who left that comment, the sellers are getting there. The home has just been re-listed at $1.695 million. That price is closer to its 2005 sale price of $1.472 million. Meanwhile, the nation is at 2004 prices.
