Hey, we were here when this beautiful prefab baby was born. And now it's being offered up for sale, listed for $2.795 million. This is architecture firm Marmol Radziner Prefab's three-bedroom, two and half bath home on Palms. We originally thought architect Leo Marmol, who is also trying to sell that Desert Hot Springs home, was going to live in this house, but nope. He fills us in via an email, writing: "The Palms house was originally built to serve as a model home for marketing purposes for Marmol Radziner Prefab. My family subsequently moved in, but the original intent was to sell it once we had completed our marketing program in the house. After bringing several thousand people through our various open houses, tours, and lectures, it is now for sale. We intend to build future prefab model homes and sell those as well."
