The Press-Telegram reports that work will begin in March on a dog park at Long Beach's Lincoln Park, a park known less for its history and more for being a homeless encampment. According to the paper, Councilwoman Suja Lowenthal stated in her State of the 2nd District address that she intends on "identifying other constructive ways to activate Lincoln Park in order for every resident to feel like it's theirs to enjoy."
