Manhattan Beach Confidential is perplexed as to who in MB would pay $1 million plus for townhouses off busy Manhattan Beach Boulevard. Manhattan Beach Confidential writes: "With a crashing economy, the slowest real estate sales pace ever in Manhattan Beach and growing inventory (i.e., options), is someone really going to pay $1.8m to live on a busy street studded with commercial buildings? Maybe if this were Manhattan, NY." What's so bad about living near commercial buildings? The walking? And can anyone attest to the business of MB Boulevard? Just wonderin'.
