Taking a page from our sister site Racked LA, we're asking you to look at this home and vote on whether you like or dislike it—your choices are 'That's Rather Lovely!,' 'So close,' 'I feel strangely ambivalent about it,' or 'That's Rather Hideous!'
If nothing else, this house has hands down the best website we've seen (slick design, useful, and even the copywriting doesn't make us want to vomit up our lunch). And we freely admit, we'd love to watch a movie from the hot tub. A reader submitted the house via email: "It IS [owned by]a friend of mine but I've had plenty of friends with houses for sale and have never felt the urge to try to pimp it out on a blog. The designers have great taste and their last project went to an A-Lister. After spending a saturday there I actually hope they can't sell it quickly so that I can enjoy it more. Hope you (and everyone else) enjoys it." So we'll put it to a vote. The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath features a new pool, spa, outdoor theater, fire ribbon, shower and pool house. And it's also a hefty flip -- last sold in May 2008 for $650,000, today's asking price is $1.495 million or $700 per square foot. Listing is here and official site is here.
