Despite 87% of Curbed readers proclaiming this renovated Atwater Village bungalow is overpriced at its $695,000 asking price, a reader informs us that the house is in escrow: "No word on the sales price, of course, but interesting nonetheless, especially given all the comments instigated by the post. I would assume the sales price couldn't have been too far off the $695,000 asking price, since it went into escrow pretty quickly (although this was the second attempt by the seller)." [Curbed InBox]
