Despite the broker claims that this Eichler home is in Culver City, the zip code is West Adams (and it looks to be close to or in Baldwin Hills). Clearly we need that forthcoming LA Times map. Regardless of neighborhood, this sweet midcentury Eichler home features an "open floorplan with four bedrooms and two full baths. Concrete floors, original woodwork, solar heated saltwater pool, pool fence, plenty of storage, outdoor shower, professionally landscaped front and back, HE appliances, updated systems, case study wood burning fireplace and much more." Sounds good except for that "pool fence." And like most sellers, this one is praying to make a profit from the last sale price. The house was previously sold in June 2005 for $675,000. Today's asking price: $775,000 or $392 per square foot.
