The quiet lumbering giant that is Hancock Lofts is stirring, people. This Koning Eizenberg-designed townhome/loft project on Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood was supposed to open for sales in December but obviously that date has come and gone. Now, another an email blast has arrived, but is this robot email system just teasing us? What the notes says: "Sales of the condominium units will commence in February. Hard Hat tours will be held on Saturdays and Sundays starting January 31st. To schedule a tour, contact Eric Rummel at 323 860-7474."
