According to the Los Angeles Times, two supergaphics, including that wrinkled-looking 1969 poster at 6380 Wilshire (where the building tenants were suing) have been taken down. And in a separate story, the Times reports that "the city's lawyers are demanding that SkyTag [which put up the 1969 images and others] post a $2.36-million bond as an upfront payment if the judges uphold the billboard regulations. If the city prevails, fines for SkyTag's 118 locations could exceed $50 million, depending on the number of days that signs are up, the lawyers wrote in court papers."
