A reader sends in the following photo, writing: "interesting traffic thing that went down saturday on the 10 west. never witnessed such as thing in la. at nearly every exit, cops on motorcycles were blocking the traffic at the top of on ramp traffic. guessing this is to control traffic flow (someone else told me they'd seen this take place during the riots, but cops were blocking at beginning of exits), but what was going on saturday that they'd do this?"
