The owner of this Beverly Hills estate doesn't seem to have read a paper or seen a news report in the last year or so. This five-bedroom, seven-bath home features a tennis court, beamed ceilings, a media room, and swimming pool, but was bought for a little over $6.122 million in May 2007. And while the listing tells us the estate has been "completely remodeled with the highest level of taste, quality and craftsmanship," it also comes with a hefty new price tag, since it was remodeled by its owner, decorator Waldo Fernandez. Fernandez clearly values his own work since today's asking price is $10.995 million or $1,527 per square foot - over a 40 percent premium from the previous sale price.
