Daly Genik-Designed Tahiti Apartments Nearly Done

New, 21 comments

There's been a run of pretty interesting affordable housing lately, notably the Tigh Architecture-designed development in West Hollywood, and the Wade Killefer-designed project in Hollywood. Now take in The Tahiti Apartments, a 31-unit affordable housing development at 2411 Centinela in Santa Monica that's nearly finished; it was designed by Santa Monica firm Daly Genik, also responsible for some of the interior work at the W Hotel in Hollywood and multiple projects at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. True, you're living damn close to the freeway here, but the upside is all that wacky fun color.
