Continuing with last weekend's AIA/LA architecture tour, we come to our favorite house of the tour, Nicholas.Budd.Dutton's Ridge Residence near Mandeville Canyon (listed on the site as the Winebaum Residence). The 8,000 square foot house opens into a double-height living room and each of the first floor spaces opens onto a garden or patio. It may not be everyone's taste, but we loved the 1970's-esque yellow/green color palate in the living room and the screening room. And how awesome is the kids' playroom? Foosball, anyone?
