Where: Westwood tower. Who: Two office workers debating Measure R—the sales tax initiative that will appear on November's ballot that could fund the subway to the sea. What: Worker A: "I'll vote for Measure R, but I don't like that it's regressive (a tax that affects lower-income people disproportionally)." Worker B: "Riding the bus on Wilshire is regressive."
