Good lord, we never thought we would see the day. But the web site for Hancock Lofts, that West Hollywood condo/retail project planned for Santa Monica Boulevard is up and running, and a new rendering has been released. Back in March, we noted that sales at this 31-unit project would start in the second quarter of 2008, and that pricing is expected to start in the low $900,000s. But things got really quiet for a while. No more. Not sure what pricing is now, but it looks like Hancock Lofts is back in the game. Meanwhile, these construction pictures were taken last weekend.
