After that recent chatter about what building the producers of "Project Runway" chose, it would appear that the contestants are either working or living (or both) at the Title Guarantee building at 411 West Fifth Street. We hear filming permits indicate a long shoot there, while a message board poster notes that the penthouse is being used. Good luck, contestants! UPDATE: And here is what a commenter says: "The filming and workspace for the contestants is on the 3rd floor of the Standard Oil Building at Olympic & Hope.
