3) NY lofts v. LA lofts "The hell makes SoHo so cultured? Because they have a Prada or Chanel store? A couple of cobblestone streets? SoHo is nothing more than LA's Historic Core, Arts District, and a couple high end stores from Rodeo Drive mashed together in a gentrified section of Manhattan. SoHo is nice but it isn't exactly leaps and bounds above DTLA and it certainly won't be in the future."
