It's been a while since we checked in on Seventy46, that 42-unit rental building on Hollywood Boulevard that opened last December. The building has housed offices for late President Ronald Reagan, the Academy Awards, and the Screen Actors Guild. After originally planned as a condominium, CIM opted to go rental with this one--and there are two units left (prices range from $1,700-$3,500). Meanwhile, the last report mentioned those "original windows," which can now be seen in the gallery. There was also some chatter about the nearby noisy Hollywood clubs, one of which may have been mentioned earlier today.
