The Los Angeles Times follows up on that "Access Hollywood" story about how filming of the MTV show "The Hills" at Lauren Conrad's home in the 1600 block of Orange Grove Avenue has been disruptive for neighbors, who have signed a petition asking the city to revoke the show's filming permit. The permit allows production 16 days a month, from 7 am-10 pm, but neighbors tell the Times that there are lights on in the house all night, and question whether Conrad actually lives in the home. Plus, there are the tour buses, rowdy fans, violent paparazzi (a pap was knifed), and, at one point, a port-o-potty was spotted in front of the house. But most damning: "Homeowners also asserted that paparazzi were stealing residents' wireless Internet signals."
