Back in May, this penthouse unit, a 1,854-square-foot loft in the Broadway Hollywood Lofts building, hit the market for $1.729 million. It's now down to $1.299 million. It looks like all the other penthouses--a bunch came on the market this spring-- are quickly dropping, too: the $1.449 million penthouse hit the market in May at $2.049 million, while the $1.199 million penthouse was listed in June at $1.349 million. The building was developed by KOR, which also has been cutting prices as of late over at Sunset Silver Lake Lofts.
