As we previously reported, the old Bob's Big Boy on Wilshire and Highland is getting the bulldozer to make way for a Beverly Hills BMW. But talk about growing pains: Mid-Wilshire locals are pissed at the state of deconstruction as the restaurant looks like it's being taken down in parts with loose bricks and graffiti aplenty. A mystery citizen has made his/her displeasure crystal clear. As of yesterday afternoon, the sheet of anger was still in place, but we have to imagine it's now gone the way of BBB's salad bar and sneeze guard.
