HOLLYWOOD: These condos, WA Lofts, have been featured on the site, but it wasn't until we saw the building in person that we realized how the development has changed (and yes, for the good) this stretch of Wilcox, an area of older condominiums and some shabby-looking Craftsmans. DOWNTOWN/MID-WILSHIRE: Really, this is a PSA for you: The Hanover Company, the developer of 717 Olympic and The Viridian, is offering this deal--they will pay you a finder's fee of $1,000 if you get someone to sign a one-year lease at either of the aformentioned buildings. If you find a second person to sign a lease, they'll pay you another $1,250; find a third person and you paid $1,500. How can this system be gamed? [Curbed Staff]
