That's some parking garage they're building for the Jefferson at Hollywood, the new rental development across the street from the Hollywood and Highland center. Touting its location next to the Red Line, the developer is hoping for some of the "highest rents in the market," but is clearly not taking any chances with the underground parking structure that will host the 271 rentals and 8,500 square feet of retail. A name change for the Cahuenga Pass may be in order once this thing opens in 2010.
