We've seen the Evo television show, the under-construction Evo pool, and the Evo penthouse plans, and now gaze upon the exterior signage and the fancy lighting system in the lobby and hallway that'll welcome residents home. Golden-y! The 23-story sister tower to developer South Group's Luma and Elleven buildings is scheduled to gets its Certificate of Occupancy on September 4th, while the public grand opening is on October 5th. And a nice glass of Chardonnay should help ease any worries about the economy: Corkbar, a new wine bar specializing in the California wines, is one of the companies going in the retail space. The other spaces haven't been filled yet.
