So the last six Kor-owned units, including the four penthouses, have been cut in the last 10 days at downtown's Eastern Columbia building. For example, the 2,496-square foot penthouse--originally listed at $2.3 million---is now down to $1.695 million, while a 1,834-square foot unit is now priced at 649,000, down from $799,000. (There's a seventh listing on the sheet, but we're told it's not for sale.) Previously, we'd seen developer Kor cut prices at other projects, like the units at the Sunset Silver Lake lofts. There are numerous other units in the building for sale, but those are for sale by owner. Good luck, everyone!
