When we talk to people who have recently moved to Mt. Washington (considered a starter home kind of neighborhood), these are the repeating sentiments expressed: "You can get lots of land; it's isolating; it's beautiful; I love it here; you'll hear gun shots; good schools up to a certain age, and then terrible schools; it's all about how high up you live; I miss being able walk around; it's so quiet and there is so much nature!
