Sounds good, right?: The listing, now deleted from Craigslist, offered a "living room with wood burning fireplace, dining room, fully redone custom kitchen with granite and wood countertops and stainless steel appliances, laundry room with Maytag Neptune washer and dryer, and workshop. Wood floors throughout. State of the art central air and heat. The home is located on vast landscaped grounds with mature trees, terraced lawns." A full photoset of the lovely grounds is here. ED: We've removed the information since the owner is telling us the story was inaccurate and the house was rented to a single person. Sorry for any confusion.
