The architect Richard Neutra-designed Hees House in the Pacific Palisades hit the market in June and promptly went into contract 12 days later, according to LA Lovely Luxury Homes, an odd little blog. Either LA Luxury got some bum information or the deal fell through: It's still listed at $5.275 million. More via the listing: "This Richard Neutra designed Mid-Century home [designed in 1949] sits on a 1/4 acre in the Bel-Air Bay Club area of Pacific Palisades." So you can just run up there and buy it, Neutra fans.
