We're not talking about the $10 billion bond measure that will be on your November ballot, but a few bucks now to help convince other people to vote for the sexy beast. Here's their pitch: almost a half-million new jobs once the train's completed in a decade, increased tourism, increased commerce, and faster movement of people, goods, and services.
