What's next for our desperate developers? A reader forwarded us the above shots of the tanning bikini models, who we'll refer to as Maude and Helga from now on, lounging in front of the Villa Malibu for-lease development. As you may recall, the 68-unit community on Cavalleri Road was originally planned as a for sale development, but nimbly changed the program to a for-lease development when it opened in January 2007.
