Cher's understated Italian Renaissance-style Malibu villa is up for grabs, reports the Wall Street Journal's Christina S.N. Lewis. Built in 1992, the mansion is three stories, overlooks the Pacific, and takes up 1.7 acres of prime 'Bu real estate. For a small country's gross national product, you get six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a theater, a gym, multiple verandas, a tennis court, a pool, and a guest house. Cher still has a condo in LA, but she's currently in Vegas, belting out the hits. True to her gypsy roots, Cher never settles down.
