Closer Look At The Century's Floor Plans, Designs

New, 5 comments

While reps for The Century, the under-construction 42-story, Robert A.M. Stern-designed building in Century City, will not release the floor plans for that $27 million penthouse, the web site is now boasting the other floor plans, as well as renderings of the three different design options. Here's how it works: Robert A.M Stern is offering two different designs called "Manor" and "Century"; local architecture firm Marmol Radziner is offering the other design, dubbed "Metropolitan." (Two of each rendering are in the gallery; designs means finishes, etc, not furnishings.) A rep says buyers can also bring in their own designer (but early in the buying process), so if you crave a "Brazilian Carnival Orgy" look, it's yours. Prices for the smallest units start at $3.1 million.
