Help a neighbor out and spill your guts about what you know. You may leave a comment or you can email us at la@curbed.com with your new questions, answers, comments, tips, and general queries.

1) San Gabriel: A reader questions the progress of a slow moving project: "...so i've been trying to get more info on my neighborhood re-development project know as Rubio Village [pictured above]. You guys ran a story
about it a while ago. and a recent stop to the site shows that tenants are still leasing and re-leasing the various retail bits of the building currently on that lot."

2) Runyon Canyon: Attention LA history nerds we need your help:"I would like to find out if this park used to be residential before, reason I ask because I have notice that some concrete steps like used to be home before become public park.Or if you can direct me to look for another source that would be greatly appreciated."

3) Hollywood: Two years is too long for a dirt lot! "This lot at the corner of Highland and DeLongpre has been vacant for at least 2 years (a car wash used to be here) and is just now getting the plywood treatment. What is going in here? Why is it taking so long?"
