On Friday, a reader submitted a photo of some construction action at the base of Sunset and Vine, that under-construction--and super straight--aqua blue apartment building on Sunset. He wrote: "Hi again, Been gone for a week and noticed the new "bones" in front of the building. Is this where retail is going?" Well, bless our stars, one would imagine so. Jamba Juice? Baja Fresh?
