Sunset Silver Lake Lofts Still Trying To Unload Last Units

Back in March, developer KOR began offering an $100,000 discount on some units at Sunset Silver Lake Lofts, that new condo project on Sunset Boulevard. With about a dozen units left, real estate agents are still trying to move those last condos; we stopped by the development this weekend and the sales agent told us a 1,639-square foot one-bedroom listed for $745,000 was available for $645,000. Yes, gotta move those puppies. Recession is a 'coming.
