This afternoon, the Planning and Land Use Management (PLUM) Committee approved the Ordinance which would limit new fast-food restaurants in South LA. Questions over how exactly to define a fast food restaurant lingered - is Ben & Jerry's fast food? is Denny's? Is a sit-down restaurant serving chicken & waffles considered healthy?
