A Carson woman is defending her right to keep an "unruly yard" filled with numerous pots and thirteen American flags (for the Colonies!). City code enforcers responded to a complaint against the woman's mess, which she believes came from an angry neighbor. "...she was outraged when a neighbor complained to the city of Carson, and a code enforcement officer came out and told her she had to tidy up. Almost as an aside, the officer told her, "You have too many flags." That really set her off." [Daily Breeze]
