The Woodland Hills-Warner Center Neighborhood Council has joined their brethren in Silver Lake by deciding to cancel their elections. Via email: "It looks like the Silver Lake Neighborhood Council is just following the example of the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council who unilaterally tossed out their bylaws and canceled their elections earlier this year.
