A web site will launch in the next two weeks for Hancock Lofts, a 31-unit condominium, a rep for CIM confirms. Nevertheless, this project has been delayed; for instance, the sales office was supposed to open in the second quarter of 2008 (and prices were expected to start in the low $900,000s), but now there's no official date on when or where the sales office will open. CMI reps says it's just routine setbacks (the developer "is changing things around"). Anyway, as previously noted, the four-story mixed use is slated to include a new outpost of Culver City's Tender Greens restaurant, a Washington Mutual bank and a cafe.
