Well, well, well. It looks like that contentious Silver Lake development on Hyperion has hit the market. Members of the Silver Lake Neighborhood Council had accused the developer of "circumventing the community and the Silver Lake Neighborhood Council" by numerous actions, including filing for the project as an “Apartment Building” not a condo building. A five-unit building, it's currently selling 1,460-square foot two-bedrooms for $710,000. Maybe you'll like the project better than the SLNC.
